Spezielles Augenmerk wird auf bisher unverцffentlichte oder heute nur schwer zugдngliche Texte gelegt. In KPL/CPL werden au erdem Studien verцffentlicht, die der Frage nachgehen, inwiefern die kolonialzeitlichen linguistischen Texte den politischen und kulturellen Diskurs des Kolonialismus reflektieren. In der Reihe erscheinen sowohl Monographien als auch Sammelbдnde. Alle Manuskripte unterliegen einem Begutachtungsverfahren (double blind). Die bevorzugten Publikationssprachen sind Englisch und Deutsch.
